Hello neighbors,
The 23rd Annual ProjectGiveback food distribution will take place on Saturday 11/18/17 across the District and surrounding counties. The Edgewood location will celebrate its 6th year participating as one of the distribution locations this year. To better accommodate neighbors in need, there will be a registration sheet made available. This will help neighbors avoid waiting in line. I will be at the Brookland Supermarket & Deli on the following dates registering neighbors:
Wednesday – November 15, 2017: 4:00 – 7:00 pm
Thursday – November 16, 2017: 4:00 – 7:00 pm
Deliveries will be made on Saturday afternoon 11/18/17 after 1 pm. Our volunteers will call you with an estimated time for delivery. In the event that we are running short and you don’t receive a delivery, we will contact you will more details. All neighbors are also invited to come and assist in deliveries to those in need.
